Kotikulma, service channel for residents

Kotikulma is a service channel for residents of Asuntosäätiö’s right-of-occupancy homes. You can use it to, for example, submit a fault report or notice of alteration work and to check any news and bulletins related to your building.

How to create an account in Kotikulma

1. Go to Kotikulma (in Finnish only).

2. In the login window, click on the “Vahva tunnistautuminen” (“Strong authentication”) button and use your banking codes to authenticate yourself. When authentication is successful, you will see “Uusi käyttäjätunnus luotu ja lähetetty sähköpostiisi” text below the “Vahva tunnistautuminen” button.

3. Click on the “Kirjaudu Kotikulmaan” link in your email.

4. In the login window, click on the “Vaihda salasana” (“Change password”).

5. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don’t receive the e-mail, please check your spam folder.

6. After changing your password you will be redirect to Kotikulma. The email address and password will serve as your user credentials.
